The Roundup Cookhouse and Rib Fest!
Just around the corner from the Roundup Cookhouse is another returning favourite: the friendly competition between three award-winning rib trucks at Rib Fest! Each truck has a signature style, and choosing between the three will be one of the hardest decisions of the weekend for many attendees.
