How many tickets are available?
There are only 3,000 tickets available for each night, and they are expected to sell out well in advance. It may sound like a lot, but this is THE place to be on the May Long Weekend, so grab your tickets early.
Do I need a gate ticket too?
Yes. You need a Country Fair Admission Ticket in addition to your Longhorn ticket.
Your General Admission ticket also gets you into all the other attractions at the Country Fair — rides, games, food trucks and much more.
What are the hours?
Longhorn doors open at 6:00 pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and the show keeps going until the lights come on at 2:00 am.
Important: while the Longhorn is rocking until 2:00 am, the Fairgrounds gates close at 10:00 pm. Longhorn ticketholders are admitted onto the Fairgrounds until 10:30 pm, from the West Gate (62nd Ave) and North Gate (177B St) only. No refunds are provided if you arrive after the gate closes.
Do you accept cash?
No. We are going completely cashless this year for all ticketing and all bar sales. Some food trucks and exhibitors may still accept cash, and the carnival games take cash only. Bank machines are available onsite.
Where can I eat at the Longhorn?
Food trucks are ready to provide the perfect late-night fuel for your evening at the Longhorn Saloon.
Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
Can I buy drink tickets in advance?
Pre-purchased drink tickets are not available this year, saving you the headache of leftover drink tickets. Enjoy your night without worrying about tickets going to waste — all purchases are cashless, tap-to-pay at the bar.
